Animal House
The animal quarantine facility was established to assure quality maintenance & safety of animals. It posses all the facilities for the maintenance of laboratory animals under standard husbandry conditions. This facility takes care of humane handling of animals and follows Indian National Science Academy guidelines for this purpose. The Laboratory Animal Facility maintains the records of day to day activities, maintenance and experimentation records. Animal quarantine facility of NIPER - Hyderabad is registered with the CPCSEA (Registration No. 1548/PO/re/2011/CPCSE-A) committee for the purpose of control and supervision of experiments on animals, Govt. of India for experiments on animals.
A number of research facilities are available at NIPER-Hyderabad for the benefit of PG and Ph.D students.
Library Information Center
NIPER- Hyderabad library serves as a source of information centre for pharmaceutical industry and academic institutions. NIPER-H library has a rare collection of old chemical and biological abstracts from the year 1907 to 1993. NIPER-H library has 6655 copies of text books, 9846 copies of old research journals and 1972 copies of old Chemical and Biological abstracts. In addition to this NIPER-H library has 19 national scientific journals, 10 magazines and 15 news papers. NIPER-H library provides facilities such as books and journal borrowing, literature search, photocopying, news clipping service etc. The online database Reaxys facility is also available at NIPER-Hyderabad.
Computer Labs / Molecular Modeling Facility
NIPER-Hyderabad boasts of state-of-the-art computer lab for learning, research, updating literature and communication. Students are groomed to use a large assortment of software for their studies or assignments regardless of the field of work. Laboratory of Molecular Modeling and Design was established in September 2009 in NIPER Hyderabad. A computer-aided drug design research platform and a scientific research team are also constituted.
Video Conferencing facilities have been installed in the Seminar Hall & Conference Room of NIPER Hyderabad. This provides high definition video conferencing facilities for students to interact with educators and subject matter experts to enhance their education and research activities. The video conferencing facility enables students and faculty to participate in any lectures, seminars and sessions delivered anywhere in the world. The facility allows the students to get first-hand experience and interact with faraway experts without leaving the campus and improve project collaboration. For connectivity, both IP based and web network connections are used.
National Knowledge Network(NKN)
The objective of the National Knowledge Network (NKN) is to bring together all the stakeholders in Science, Technology, Higher Education, Research & Development and Governance. The NKN is a revolutionary state-of-the-art multi-gigabit pan-Indian resource-sharing network aimed at digitally connecting all national universities, colleges and research establishments to create country-wide virtual classrooms. Network will consist of an ultra-high speed Core (multiples of 10Gbps and upwards), and over 1500 nodes. It is scalable to higher speed and more nodes also. The Core shall be complemented with a distribution layer at appropriate speeds. The participating institutions can directly or through distribution layer connect to the National Knowledge Network at speeds of 100 Mbps /1 Gbps. The infrastructure bandwidth will facilitate high speed classroom sessions. The facility can be used to transmit satellite television programmes also. With just 4 megabit connectivity an institution can simultaneously conduct up to 250 classroom sessions. The Institute has got 100 Mbps connectivity among NKN networked institutions which includes all the IITs, NITs etc.
Hostels
The students of NIPER-Hyderabad are provided accommodation at NIPER hostel located at IDPL Township, around 2 kms away from NIPER campus situated in Balanagar, Hyderabad. Students are provided with to and fro bus service between the institute and hostel. Students live in pleasant surroundings of intellectually stimulating environment.The layout of the hostel in general is appealing.
Auditorium, Lecture Halls and Seminar Halls
NIPER Hyderabad has a very good AC auditorium, Lecture halls and Seminar halls.
The Auditorium can accommodate around 300 persons and it is used for conducting seminars, workshops, symposiums, faculty development programs, Annual day, Foundation day celebrations and

Students are provided with to and fro bus service between the institute and Hostel. Transport service is provided for students for industrial visits, for attending various symposia / workshops / Seminars of interest at any other places in Hyderabad.

NIPER Hyderabad is equipped with special facilities such as ramps, lifts and Provision for walking aids, special washrooms, including wheelchairs both in college campus and hostels to provide a conductive environment to all differently abled students.
